Ordering & Shipping
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer free shipping on every order to the United States (contiguous 48 states) and Canada. No minimum purchase is required. The price you see is the price you pay.

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship to the contiguous United States and Canada (excluding territories). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories at this time.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After processing, delivery times are:

United States: 3 – 6 business days

Canada: 4 – 8 business days

Please note these are estimates – occasional carrier or customs delays may occur.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package on the carrier’s website.

Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. We do not accept American Express, Discover, or other payment methods at this time.

Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned due to a quality issue (e.g., defect, damage, or incorrect item sent). We do not accept returns for used or altered items.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email our Returns team at returns@venusetflour.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: No. We offer free returns for all eligible items. We will provide a prepaid return label – you do not pay for return shipping.

Q: Is there a restocking fee?
A: No. We do not charge any restocking fee.

Q: How long does it take to get my refund?
A: Once we receive and verify your returned item, we will process the refund within 1–2 business days. The refund will go back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal). Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 7–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Q: What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
A: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@venusetflour.com. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Q: What materials do you use for your floral products?
A: Our floral arrangements are handcrafted using premium materials such as high‑grade silk and latex, designed to look and feel natural while requiring no maintenance.

Q: Do you offer any warranty on your products?
A: We stand behind the quality of our items. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we will resolve the issue under our return policy.
