Accepted payment methods
We currently accept the following payment methods:
Visa (credit/debit)
MasterCard (credit/debit)
PayPal (including PayPal balance, bank account linked to PayPal, or PayPal credit)
No other payment methods (e.g., American Express, Discover, gift cards, cryptocurrency, bank transfer, cash on delivery) are accepted at this time.
When you are charged
Payment is collected at the time you place your order. We authorize your card or PayPal account immediately to secure your purchase. If we are unable to fulfill your order (e.g., out of stock), we will issue a full refund.
Secure checkout
All payment information is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers. Payments are processed directly by our PCI‑DSS compliant partners (Stripe and PayPal).
Order confirmation
After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not see it within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Currency
All prices on our website are in United States Dollars (USD) . If you are paying with a Canadian credit card or PayPal account, your bank may apply a currency conversion fee – this is not charged by us.
Failed payment
If your payment fails, the order will not be processed. Please try another payment method or contact your bank.
Refunds
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. See our Return & Refund Policy for timing details (1–2 business days to process + 7–10 business days to reflect in your account).
