You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging (including any inserts, tags, or protective materials)
Returned because of a quality issue (e.g., defect, damage, or incorrect item sent)
Non‑returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
Items that have been used, altered, or washed
Items missing original packaging
Final sale or clearance items (if any)
Free returns – no restocking fee
We offer free returns for all eligible items.
No restocking fee – you will not be charged any restocking fee.
We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for both U.S. and Canadian customers. Contact our support team to receive the label.
How to return
Email us at returns@venusetflour.com (or use the contact form) with your order number and reason for return.
We will send you a prepaid return shipping label and a return authorization number (RMA).
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the label.
Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location (as indicated on the label).

Refund processing time
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 1–2 business days.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal).
Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund (including any shipping costs you paid, if any).
