Where we ship

We currently ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) and Canada (excluding territories). Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories at this time.

Order processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

Shipping time (after processing)

United States: 3 – 6 business days

Canada: 4 – 8 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather, or carrier delays.

Shipping cost

We offer FREE shipping on all orders to both the U.S. and Canada. No minimum purchase required.

Carriers

We work with a variety of reliable carriers and randomly assign the most suitable one for your location and package size. Carriers may include (but are not limited to):

USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL Express, and Canada Post.

Customs, duties & taxes

For shipments to Canada: Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by Canadian authorities are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. For U.S. deliveries, no additional customs fees apply.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package on the carrier’s website.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you realize an error, contact us immediately at info@venusetflour.com.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
